1 Roomate Needed for Pinegrove Apartment

The apartment has two bedrooms, and you’d have the smaller one (check out the floor plan for layout details). My current roommate is graduating, so once they move out, I’ll be switching into the larger room. There’s plenty of driveway parking for you... and any guests, which is a huge plus. Laundry is coin-operated and located in a separate building just steps away.

When I first moved in, the unit wasn’t furnished, so I added a couple of couches, a coffee table, and a TV to make the living room feel cozy and welcoming. You (and your guests) are totally welcome to use everything — I just ask that shared spaces are treated with care.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out anytime. I’m usually up pretty late this semester anyway, so no worries about messaging late.
