Management is sneaky, they lock you in deals and go about payments in weird ways.. the residence is disgusting. the gym is filthy. There's no pool chairs.. The management will lie to you as well. Go somewhere else

Management will not respond

I would not recommend this property if you want your issues to be resolved by management. I’ve emailed and called numerous times and have yet to receive a call back from management. Not to mention a random debt was send over to collections in my name from Archive Oxford and they somehow can’t even explain to me what those charges are even for. Overall, it’s just really annoying for my email and calls to never be returned.

NASTY...

My daughter was so excited to move in today, expecting the beautiful room we saw when we toured, however she was met with a nasty room smelling of SKUNK and covered in filth! Cannot even stay in the apartment tonight after paying $800 and giving them 2 weeks to have the apartment ready for new renters. Be aware of the unclean environment at the Archive Oxford.

The worst

The grounds are poorly maintained. The pet policy is NOT enforced. The valet trash pick-up is unreliable and there is no option for tenants to drop off their own trash. Safety is a concern as the entry gate is often not working. Internet is spotty and the complex is noisy with barking which makes it difficult for studying. Tenant concerns are often unaddressed.
