The home has a large fenced in back yard with fire pit area, storage shed and deck. The street is a dead end quiet street across from Lamar Park. You are a 1/2 mile stroll to campus, with bus access one block away. The home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath... we converted garage and created a very large 4th bedroom /second family room.

This is our home we are turning into a rental property. The home was renovated in 2024 with all new appliances, granite countertops, updated bathrooms, new roof, on demand hot water tank, and energy efficient windows and doors. We will interview our tenants as part of the application process.

This property will only allow executives, families , faculty or graduate students.
