4 bed 4 bath apartment with private balcony/porch. Located right on the Ole Miss Bus Route (the bus stops at other apartment communities such as Redpoint and also stops right in front of the Union on the cafeteria side).
Really nice place and very... friendly community! They also have a club house that is often pretty quiet and a great area to study at. They also have a pool but the maximum depth is about 4ft deep. Also, one of the guides when touring the place told me that a security guard comes out and makes sure everything stays safe on the grounds. They also enforce the level of noise after 10pm coming from areas around the apartment complex such as the pool and parking lot.
All utilities are included in monthly rent except for electricity. The total electric bill is divided equally amongst all roommates. Also, each bedroom is a unit and each person has their own individual lease.
For parking they have standard parking as well as reserved parking (parking located right in front of your apartment building and is $25).
